Shipping Regions

Eligible Countries:
We currently deliver to the following 25 EU member countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Unavailable Regions:
At this time, shipping is not offered outside the above-listed countries.

Taxes & Duties:

  • All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT.

  • For orders shipped within the eligible EU countries, there are no additional customs duties or hidden charges.


Order Handling & Delivery

Order Preparation:
All orders are verified and processed within 12–24 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Dispatch & Transit Times:

  • Shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Poland within 1 business day of order confirmation.

  • Standard delivery estimates: 4–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier performance.
    (Please note: delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier conditions.)

Out-of-Stock Products:
If an item is temporarily unavailable, please allow 10–14 business days for restocking and dispatch.

Order Tracking:
Once your package has been shipped, you can follow its progress from the email sent to you.
Typical carriers include:

  • UPS

  • GLS

  • DPD

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of €39 or more qualify for free shipping.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat fee of €15 per order applies to orders below €39.

  • Customs & Import Taxes: All import taxes are prepaid when goods arrive at our Poland warehouse. Customers do not need to pay any additional customs duties upon delivery.
